A private day is for your group only. You are never joined with other travelers. One guide and driver goes with you, and the route is agreed with you before you set off. If it turns out you want longer somewhere, the rest of the day moves around that.
When the booking is set
When we confirm it to you in writing, by email or WhatsApp. Sending the form on this site or asking for a quote does not hold the date: it starts the conversation. Until that confirmation the day stays open to other people, and if someone takes it first we tell you.
When we send you a quote, you confirm it from the button in its email, or the same button inside its PDF. The written confirmation arrives right there, nothing else needed.
The price and what it covers
Your quote is what counts. It states what the price covers, what is paid separately, such as park entries or meals when they are not included, and how long that price holds. If that date passes, we tell you whether the price still stands before you confirm anything.
Paying
How you pay is agreed with you when the booking is confirmed, and it is written down in that same conversation. This site takes no payments and stores no card details.
Changes and cancellations
Cancelling more than seven days ahead costs you nothing. Inside those seven days the first thing we do is look for another date, and only if there is no way to move it do we charge what was agreed when you booked.
If we are the ones who cancel, you get back everything you have paid. Changing the pickup time, the number of people or a stop is a conversation, not a penalty. If a change moves the price, we tell you before it applies.
Weather and what is out of our hands
It rains here, and rain does not cancel a day. What we do is reorder it: bring a stop forward, swap it for another, wait it out. If a park closes, a road is blocked or something leaves the day impossible to hold, you choose: another date, or your money back.
What we ask of you
Tell us when you book about anything to do with health, mobility or food that changes the plan. It is not nosiness: there is walking and altitude involved, and the day is built differently when we know.
Each activity along the way is one you take on your own judgment, and children stay in your care during the day. We recommend travel insurance, which covers what no itinerary can anticipate.
The pickup time matters more than it looks: the whole day is built around it, and some parks issue entry for a set time slot.
What we keep from what you send us
What you put in the form: your name, how to reach you, where you are coming from, how many of you there are and what you would like to do. We use it to reply to you and to organize your day, and for nothing else.
We do not sell that information or hand it to anyone so they can contact you. The tools we work with see it so that we can email you and keep your request, and no one else does.
Photos sent with a review
If you leave a review with photos, they are not published on their own. We look at each one and only the approved ones reach the site. If you later want yours taken down, we take it down.
Asking us to delete your details
